Using Out-of-Network Benefits
My practice is private pay, allowing us to create a treatment plan based on your needs rather than insurance limitations.
If you have out-of-network benefits, reimbursement may be available through your insurance plan. I provide superbills and can help simplify the reimbursement process through Thrizer.
Many clients receive partial reimbursement for therapy while maintaining the flexibility and privacy of private-pay care.
Use the Thrizer widget to instantly find out how much you can save on therapy sessions with me.
Sound Healing Services
Sound healing offers a restorative space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Many clients seek sound healing to reduce stress, support emotional processing, enhance mindfulness, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and well-being.
Available in Durango, Colorado:
Individual Sound Healing Session
60 minutes — $130
Mini Sound Healing Session
30 minutes — $80
In-Home Sound Bath
Multi-instrument sound bath for up to 8 guests
60 minutes — $250
Payments are accepted through my secure payment processor, Venmo, or Ivy Pay. Debit cards, credit cards, and HSA cards are accepted.
Why Private Pay?
Many of the professionals I work with choose private-pay therapy because it allows us to focus on meaningful, lasting change rather than insurance requirements.
Private-pay therapy offers:
• Greater privacy and confidentiality
• Flexibility in treatment planning
• Specialized EMDR and trauma-focused care
• Freedom to pursue your goals without insurance restrictions

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or a picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
