Corporate Sound Healing for Workplace Wellness

Clinically Informed Sound Healing for High-Stress Organizations

Nervous system regulation for burned-out teams in healthcare, finance, and tech — without adding another demand to their workload.

The Purpose Behind Solum Sound

Before offering this work to organizations, I experienced firsthand what sustained pressure, overload, and lack of support can do to a nervous system.

I worked in high-pressure environments where performance was expected to be limitless, recovery was not built into the culture, and “wellness” was framed as something employees were responsible for managing on their own.

Over time, I saw the same patterns repeated in the people around me: over-responsibility, difficulty setting limits, emotional exhaustion, and a growing sense of numbness or resentment. Not because people didn’t care — but because their nervous systems were never given the conditions needed to recover.

As I later began working one-to-one with clients, I heard this echoed again and again:
Employees don’t have time to do wellness activities.
They feel unsupported by their organizations.
They are asked to perform through chronic stress.

That realization changed the direction of my work.

I pursued advanced training in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and sound-based therapeutic modalities — not as a spiritual practice, but as a clinically informed way to support regulation, restoration, and resilience.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. Solum Sound is now a dedicated wellness practice that brings the power of sound healing and nervous system regulation to professional environments, where the stress is most intense. I help teams and individuals release stress, increase focus, and restore energy, creating a calmer, more connected workplace.

Solum Sound is your partner in creating calm, focus, and energy for professionals through the transformative power of sound.

This Is Not Spiritual Wellness — It’s Nervous System Support

Many corporate wellness offerings unintentionally miss the mark for burned-out teams. Breathwork, mindset training, or inspirational talks can feel inaccessible — or even activating — for employees carrying chronic stress or trauma.

This work is different.

These experiences are grounded in clinical understanding of the nervous system and trauma-informed care. The goal is not insight or motivation — it’s physiological regulation.

Burnout Is Often Rooted in the Nervous System

Many high-performing teams experience:

  • Chronic emotional fatigue and overwhelm

  • Over-responsibility and difficulty setting limits

  • Caretaking roles that mirror family dynamics

  • Emotional numbness, resentment, or shutdown

  • High stress in environments where rest feels unsafe

Especially in healthcare, finance, education, and tech, burnout is not just about workload — it’s about prolonged nervous system activation.
